crossGridcrossGrid is the collaboration tool of Across. It enables direct interaction, e.g. between the Language Server of the customer and the Language Server of the language service provider. This allows the seamless delegation of projects and the shared use of resources. For example, an industrial customer can use crossTank and crossTerm for translation-oriented authoring and crossProject for his translation projects. To process these projects, he assigns them via crossGrid to the Across Language Servers of his language service providers. From the Language Servers of the language service providers, the individual tasks can be distributed to the Across clients of the various internal and external translators.
This results in a continuous supply chain without interface losses, even over several delegation stages. crossGrid is a basic feature of Across that is included in the product scope of the Across Language Server. At our Training Center, you can find interactive tutorials that demonstrate the delegation of tasks and the delivery of finished tasks with crossGrid.
